The water in Deep Dive Dubai is freshwater and purified by one of the most advanced water purification systems available.

We maintain a very comfortable water temperature of 30°C all year round, so you can dive with very little exposure protection. For longer dives or those that get cold easily, a 3mm wet suit will be more comfortable. Use of a wet suit is included in your admission fee along with all the equipment you need.

Deep Dive Dubai offers a unique underwater experience, You'll find plenty of exciting objects and environments to explore but do not have any marine life.

You are more than welcome to visit us, but we do have limited capacity to ensure the best experience for everyone. You can check for availability and secure a spot using our live booking calendar on the online reservation portal.

Deep Dive Dubai experiences can be booked online through our secure live booking calendar or purchased in person. If you decide to purchase in person, we recommend that you visit the facility a couple of days in advance as we may not be able to book you on the same day due to limited availability.

Of course! Gift certificates are great presents for both beginners and certified divers, and are available online. If you would like to purchase a gift voucher for a specific amount, contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Our experiences are generally available for bookings at least 1-2 days in advance. This is to avoid any unforeseen schedule changes and overbooking, and to ensure availability. If you are unable to book your selected dates because we are already fully booked, kindly give us a call at +971 45019444. We respond every day during working hours between 9am and 6pm (Dubai time) and we will do our best to assist.

You will pay when you book online. PayPal and major credit cards are accepted.

You should plan to spend between 2 to 3 hours (depending on the package you choose) from the time you check in to when you complete your dive experience.

In-water time is around 40-50 minutes (depending on depth, gas consumption, etc.).

Our Snorkelling experience lasts one hour.

We advise to arrive at least 15-20 minutes in advance to allow enough time for the check-in process.

We are happy to reschedule up to five days before a given experience. Beyond this time frame, a reschedule fee will be applied, based upon the nature of the experience and the proximity of the experience selected.

Deep Dive Dubai does not provide transportation to or from our locations. You may use the Careem or Uber taxi applications.

Standard packages do not include videos, but these can be purchased as add-ons. Premium and Platinum packages already include videos.

We look forward to helping you share your experience with two video packages as follows:

1. Edited Highlight Video: This video is 2-3 minutes long and shot in a landscape format. It showcases the best highlights from your adventure in our sunken city.

2. Social Media Video: This video is a short, social media edit. It is 30 seconds long and shot in a portrait format.

Premium, Platinum, and Birthday packages include the Edited Highlight Video.

Only the Platinum and Birthday package includes pictures.

Every customer who purchases an edited video of their experience will receive a download link via email. We are usually able to send these within 2-3 days, depending upon how many videos we are making in a given week. We advise you to check your Spam/Junk email box if you do not see a link.
Platinum and Birthday package will include images and an edited video.

Our Standard Packages include your dive experience, an expert guide, and all required dive gear. An edited video can be purchased separately. Premium Packages include an edited video, an honorary wall certificate, and a AED 100 credit in the Dive Shop. Platinum Packages add a longer video as well as pictures and a facility tour in addition to the wall certificate and shop credit.

It all depends on your experience. Non-certified divers are allowed to dive to 12m. For a certified diver, the depth will be determined by your certification level.

We normally group divers in teams of two or maximum three, but if you want an exclusive diving experience with your own guide, we suggest you book a private experience.

Yes, you are welcome to dive your own unit within the limits of your certification on that particular unit.

For your own safety, we do not recommend that you go up the Burj Khalifa, after diving. After any (single) recreational dive, it is recommended to wait 12 hours before ascending higher than 300m/1000ft.

However, there is no risk in diving after visiting the tallest building in the world.

Admission fees include a full set of equipment so there is no need to bring any dive gear. All you need is a swimsuit, slippers and a sense of adventure.

Yes, you can sign up for our snorkelling experience to enjoy a top-down view of the deepest pool in the world. However, our facility is not designed for surface swimmers.

Absolutely! Deep Dive Dubai is the perfect training platform and playground for free divers.

For the safety and enjoyment of all, divers wishing to explore depths of 60m at Deep Dive Dubai must present proof of certification from a recognised diving agency. This certification should confirm your qualification to use Trimix to 60m with the necessary decompression gases. If you're not yet certified but are eager to dive deeper, we're here to support and guide you in achieving your diving goals.

If you are a certified diver, you can bring your GoPro camera.

If you are not a certified diver, dive training standards for Scuba Diving for non-certified people prevent divers from holding a camera or similar accessory while diving.

We provide all required dive gear as part of your entry fee. However you can bring your regulator set, personal mask, and camera (if certified). Bringing a wetsuit or BC is not allowed for scuba diving experiences due to risk of contamination.

Children as young as six are welcome to enjoy snorkelling at our facility. For diving experiences, participants can start from the age of 10.

The minimum age for our experiences:

- Snorkelling – 6 years

- Scuba for kids/Kids Freediving – 8-9 years

- Scuba Diving for non-certified people – 10 years

- Freediving for non-certified people – 13 years

There is no maximum age. Anybody who is fit and healthy can dive. However, we recommend that individuals over the age of 50 obtain a doctor's approval before diving.

Most individuals with a normal fitness level and good cardiovascular health can safely dive.

Before diving at Deep Dive Dubai, you'll be asked to complete a "Fit to Dive" health assessment. This form helps us ensure your safety and well-being.

In many cases, a doctor can quickly certify your fitness to dive after reviewing your health history.

Bring your sense of adventure, a swimsuit and a pair of slippers, and everything else you need is included.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Deep Dive Dubai. Our facility is equipped with 56 in-water cameras to monitor the safety of all divers, and highly trained dive guides accompany each dive. Lifeguards and rescue divers are on duty at all times. We ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest industry standards, and divers use safe gases appropriate for their specific dive depths.

The safety and comfort of all our guests is our top priority. To ensure a positive experience, participants in our underwater activities should be comfortable in the water and possess basic swimming skills. For less experienced swimmers, we offer a Snorkelling experience with surface flotation for added comfort, safety, and enjoyment.

Admission fees are based on an hour-long experience in the water. Divers interested in extending their bottom time or doing additional dives may register for more diving experiences. Assuming you have multiple spots reserved, you dive as many times as you want, provided you stay within the decompression limits specified by your dive table or dive computer.

Yes, all divers will be accompanied by professional dive guides that will show them around and make sure they do not miss any of the exciting features and details of the sunken city.

Yes, shallow dives (0-30m) will be conducted on nitrox 32 (oxygen-enriched air) and all dives deeper than 30m will be done on mixtures containing helium (triox or trimix). Courses in diving with these gasses will be available.

Everything you will need to enjoy this unique experience is included. To maintain the highest water quality and safety standards for all our divers, we allow only a select range of external equipment. This helps prevent the introduction of contaminants that could compromise water quality and your personal safety. Additionally, reducing the movement of heavy gear helps minimise logistical challenges and the risk of injury.

Unauthorised items include:

We offer a wide range of training programs from beginner to advanced and technical programs, including most of the curriculum by PADI, GUE (Global Underwater Explorers), and AIDA.

Our multi-national team speaks a variety of languages. All team members are fluent in English.

If you have specific language preferences, please inform us in advance. We cannot guarantee availability, but we will do our best to assign a guide who speaks your preferred language.

At Deep Dive Dubai, we strive to ensure everyone feels welcome. If you would prefer assistance from one of our female guides or instructors, please let us know in advance, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Children aged 6 and above can be booked for a snorkelling experience. For those aged 8-9, you can book Scuba for kids, which offers scuba diving at a depth of 2m. From the age of 10, they can participate in Scuba Diving for non-certified individuals.

Yes, you can wear contact lenses while diving. If you are unable to use contact lenses, then we recommend contacting us in advance to arrange a prescription mask for you.

There are no weight restrictions to take part in our experiences at Deep Dive Dubai. However, if you do have a health-related issue that affects your weight, you would would require a fit-to-dive medical certification from your physician, and complete a pre-dive medical liability form.

Please find the attached medical questionnaire. If you answer YES to any of the questions, you need to get a medical report from a doctor that states you are fit to dive.

Diving is considered a very safe activity thanks to comprehensive training and well-established industry standards. Deep Dive Dubai uses well-maintained equipment, proper dive planning, expert guides, elaborate safety procedures, extensive technology, and strict adherence to regulatory standards. This helps ensure a safe and enjoyable diving experience.

Diving beyond 30m in our facility requires the use of a helium-based breathing mix. A trimix certification from a globally recognised agency is required for any dive deeper than 40m. We provide all the breathing gasses and the necessary equipment, but you do need to have appropriate training and experience. If your last dive was more than six months ago, we suggest you book our Scuba Refresher experience, which lasts around three hours (including the dive) and will cover theory, underwater skills, equipment review, and hand signals. These will help you remember all the important safety rules before diving further.

As a certified diver, you can go book our Scuba Diving experience for certified divers, where you will be able to dive to 12m, 18m or 30m depending on your certification level. The whole experience lasts around two hours with approximately 40 minutes of in-water time (depending on your depth, gas consumption, etc.).

If your last dive was more than 6 months, ago we recommend you to book our Scuba Refresher experience.

Scuba Diving for non-certified individuals allows you to dive to a depth of 12m using scuba gear, while for Snorkelling, you remain at the surface of the pool without submerging.

For those who do not have certifications, we suggest Scuba Diving for non-certified individuals, where you can dive up to a depth of 12m. The whole experience lasts around two hours with approximately one hour of in-water time, and includes basic instruction.
